A straw-yellow wine tinged with green highlights. Intense, pleasant and aromatic, with a pervasive fragrance and flavours of white peaches and wild flowers. Dry and well balanced.

Wine making:
Harvested at the end of august/beginning of september with perfectly ripe and selected grapes. Grapes are pressed for a few hours at 12-15 degrees Celsius, the a slight further pressure, followed by a static and cold decantation, alcoholic fermentation occurs under controlled temperature of about 16-18 degrees celsius in stainless steel vats. Wine is kept in contact with fine skins before being filtered and prepared for bottling at the end of march.
