The tradition continues.....
The clay soil, up, slightly calcareous marl with a large substrate, the system goes back to the mid 60's and mixed system (as was the norm at times to use plants of the family) with fruit trees and olive trees to make support. System of espalier with Guyot pruning. The South / East, height 120 meters above sea level, constantly windy. Density of 4,000 vines per hectare with an average yield of about 40/50 quantity of grapes. Appearance is ruby red with violet hues, the nose shows a live fruit reminiscent of cherry, cherry, walnut, berry, vanilla, cinnamon, sage and tobacco. The taste is rich in fruits, fragrant and balanced.
